OUR HISTORY

Winton Group Architecture, Inc. was established in 1993 as a professional full-service New York / New Jersey architectural firm with experience in both commercial and residential design. Vladimir Kaushansky, R.A., is the founding principal of the company. His architectural path started 25 years ago in Ukraine, where he obtained first civil engineering, followed by architectural degrees from the Polytechnic Institute of the city of L'viv. There he worked as an architect/planner in an urban planning and development corporation.
His U.S. career began in 1988 working as a Project Architect for Berzak Partners Architects. Afterwards, he worked as a Senior Architect for Thomson Architects before branching out on his own, and founding Winton Group Architecture.
Since it's inception, Winton Group Architecture has been responsible for the projects totaling over $75 million in construction costs, including office buildings, banking facilities, commercial complexes, religious institutions, public buildings, parking facilities, multi-family dwellings, and single-family residences.
Among them: office/research buildings for Firmenich Inc. in Plainsboro and Newark, NJ; renovation of First Federal Saving & Loan, Marine Midland Bank, and HSBC Bank branches in NY, NJ, FL, CA; design of Schnell Publishing Corporate Office in NYC; renovation of portions of the Radio City Hall in NYC; three police precincts in Bronx and Brooklyn, NY, and many others.
V.Kaushansky expertise and professional ethics have earned him fame among his colleagues in the architectural community - for years he has partnered with Berzak Partners Architects, Miller Savarese Associates, and VML Design Corporation on numerous projects in NY and NJ, and consulted for other architectural firms and designers.
